Favour, Founder of Strayks

Hi, I'm John Favour the founder of Strayks. This is the short version of why this company exists, and what I want it to become.

Why I started Strayks

I found a gap. Most businesses were being handed software that did a lot just not the things specific to them. The pattern was always the same: a big tech company hands you something template-based, customizes a few surface details, and calls it done. It looks like a solution, but it was never built around what your business actually needs, or who your specific audience actually is.

So I decided to gather a team that could do the opposite — developers who customize and build systems tailored to your specific business, targeting your specific audience, from the ground up. That's why Strayks was built.

What we believe

Software isn't a one-time delivery it's more like a living thing. You have to nurture it, keep it healthy, and be there when something needs fixing, across all of it: mobile apps, websites, the DevOps underneath. We think of it less like a finished product and more like a tree you plant it, and it keeps growing.

That's why we don't disappear after launch. We're the team that stays with you through the hard stages and the good ones when you're growing, and after you've grown.

We work mainly with small and medium-sized businesses and startups, building software that's actually custom to what you need without the bloated cost of solutions that were never really built for you in the first place.

What's next

We're still early, and we like it that way it means we're close to the work, close to our clients, and moving fast without the bloat that slows bigger agencies down. If you're building something you actually care about, I'd love for us to be the team behind it.

Thanks for reading this far.
