6. Do we offer artificial intelligence-based products?
In Short: We do not currently offer AI-powered features to visitors of our Services. We may use AI-assisted tools internally to help build and maintain our Services.
We may use third-party AI tools, including tools provided by Anthropic, internally to assist with software development, content drafting, and related work on our Services. These tools do not process personal information you submit through our Services unless we separately notify you, such as if we launch a client-facing AI feature in the future. If we do, we will update this Privacy Notice to describe that feature and how your information is used in connection with it.
7. How long do we keep your information?

10. Controls for Do-Not-Track features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. In Short: Yes. As a company registered and operating in Nigeria, we process personal information in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023 (NDPA).
Strayks Software Solutions is a data controller under the NDPA, which is Nigeria's primary data protection law and is overseen by the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC). Under the NDPA, we process your personal information only where we have a lawful basis to do so, including your consent, the performance of a contract with you, or compliance with a legal obligation.
